By accessing or using any Combat Nation property or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision hereof, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Relationship to Privacy Policy
Your use of our Website, App, and Club services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection regulations. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute not resolved by good‑faith negotiation shall be submitted to mediation or, if necessary, arbitration in Dubai under the DIFC‑LCIA rules. Courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved legal action.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
